Fire Chief Greene and the Richmond Hill Fire Department are helping our students to get FIRED UP about reading and writing. The challenge begins Friday, February 2nd. Students in grades K-5 are being challenged to log minutes of reading and to write book reviews. Students in kindergarten will be writing reviews on paper and returning them to their teachers. Kindergarten will be using the paper template. Get the template here! First grade will be using this paper template. Get the template here! Students in grades 2nd through 5th will be using Beanstack to log minutes and write book reviews. What should your review include? Here are the requirements for fiction and nonfiction reviews! Start by searching for Frances Meeks Elementary. Students can easily select to log in using Clever. Using this option, students will need to type their lunch number followed by @s.bryan.k12.ga.us for the username and their birthday typed as YYYY-MM-DD for the password. For example a password could be 2016-12-31. Students can log directly in to Beanstack using his or her lunch number for the username and password. Beanstack is also available in the app store!
